Signature events include Oistins Under the Stars – where you’ll enjoy a feast of grilled fish and other local delicacies under the night sky, accompanied by live music and entertainment – and Rum Route – a journey through some of the island’s most famous rum distilleries and bars, offering a chance to sample a variety of rums and learn about their production.
